Purchase orders, proforma invoices, written order confirmations, supply agreements or other mutually accepted documents may contain additional or different terms. Where there is any conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and the terms specifically agreed for an order, the specifically agreed order terms will prevail.
5. Custom Manufacturing
Many products supplied by Sunrise Industrial are custom-made according to customer drawings, samples or specifications. Manufacturing feasibility, pricing and lead time depend on factors including material, dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, quantity, inspection requirements and manufacturing process.
Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for confirming that the drawings, dimensions, specifications, materials and functional requirements they provide are correct and suitable for their intended application.
Where samples or prototypes are produced for approval, subsequent production will normally be based on the approved drawing, specification or confirmed sample unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Drawings, CAD Files and Customer Information
Customers may submit drawings, CAD files, specifications, photographs, samples and other technical information for quotation or manufacturing evaluation.
We will use such information only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, manufacture, inspect, package, deliver or otherwise support the relevant project and business relationship.
Where necessary, limited technical information may be shared with trusted suppliers or service providers involved in specific processes such as material supply, heat treatment, surface treatment, testing, packaging or transportation.
If a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or confidentiality agreement has been signed between Sunrise Industrial and a customer, the terms of that agreement will apply and will prevail where relevant.

Sunrise Industrial does not independently verify ownership of every customer-supplied design and is not responsible for disputes arising solely from unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property supplied by a customer.
9. Quality, Tolerances and Inspection
Quality requirements, tolerances, inspection methods, material certifications, test reports and acceptance criteria should be clearly specified before production where they are important to the project.
Where no special requirements are stated, manufacturing and inspection will be performed according to the drawing, quotation, approved sample and our normal production and quality-control procedures as applicable.
10. Delivery and Lead Time
Any lead time stated on the website is general information only. Actual production and delivery schedules depend on project requirements, order quantity, material availability, manufacturing processes, surface treatment, inspection and shipping arrangements.
