General Questions
Sunrise Industrial is a CNC machining manufacturer specializing in custom precision parts for industrial and medical-related applications. We have strong experience in titanium machining and also work with stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, engineering plastics and other materials according to customer drawings and specifications.
CNC machining is a precision manufacturing process in which parts are produced by computer-controlled machines. It is widely used for custom metal components, prototypes and functional parts that require stable dimensional accuracy, repeatability and reliable machining quality.
Our main business is custom manufacturing based on customer drawings, samples or technical specifications. Some representative products may be shown on the website, but most projects are produced according to OEM requirements.
We support customers in prosthetic components, medical-related parts, industrial equipment, titanium fasteners, dental materials, sputtering target-related products and general precision machining applications.
Yes. We understand that customer drawings and product details are confidential. Technical files are used only for quotation, production and quality control related to the project.
Materials & Manufacturing
We machine a range of materials including titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, engineering plastics such as POM and Delrin, and selected non-ferrous alloys. Material selection depends on strength, weight, corrosion resistance and application requirements.
We provide CNC turning, CNC milling, CNC turn-mill machining, wire EDM and laser machining support for selected projects. The process route is arranged according to part geometry, tolerance, material and quantity.
Yes. Titanium machining is one of our core capabilities. We produce titanium machined parts for prosthetic systems, industrial applications and other custom precision projects that require strength, corrosion resistance and lightweight performance.
Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) is one of the most commonly used titanium grades for high-strength machined components. Material selection is confirmed according to customer requirements and application needs.
Titanium has high strength and relatively low thermal conductivity, so it requires suitable tooling, cutting parameters and machining experience to achieve stable quality and efficient production.
Yes. Depending on the part material and application, surface treatment can be arranged such as polishing, blasting, anodizing, coating and other required finishing processes.
Prosthetic Components
Yes. We manufacture prosthetic components based on customer drawings and specifications. Our experience includes adapters, connectors and other precision machined parts used in prosthetic systems.
Common materials include titanium, stainless steel and aluminum. Titanium is widely used because it offers a strong strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
We supply machined components only. As an OEM machining manufacturer, we focus on component manufacturing based on customer requirements rather than acting as the legal manufacturer of complete medical devices.
Yes. We support OEM projects for prosthetic components based on customer drawings, technical files and dimensional requirements, including machining, inspection and related documentation support when required.
Lower Limb Prosthetic Components
Yes. We support machining of lower limb prosthetic components such as adapters, tube connectors and structural parts used in prosthetic assemblies.
Typical lower limb prosthetic components include tube clamp adapters, pyramid adapters, socket adapters, sliding adapters and foot adapters. These parts require reliable machining accuracy and consistent quality.
Titanium is preferred in many lower limb prosthetic applications because it combines high strength, low weight, corrosion resistance and good durability for load-bearing use.
Yes. We mainly support custom lower limb prosthetic components based on drawings, dimensions and technical requirements provided by the customer.
Quality Control
Quality control is applied throughout the production process, from raw material verification to first-piece inspection, in-process checking and final inspection before shipment.
Yes. Depending on the project, we can provide material certificates, inspection reports, dimensional reports and other quality-related documents according to customer requirements.
Yes. For parts that require higher-level dimensional verification, CMM inspection can be arranged. Additional testing or dimensional verification can also be discussed based on the drawing and application.
Tolerances depend on part geometry, machining process, material and drawing requirements. Specific tolerances are evaluated during quotation and production planning.
Yes. If your project requires specific inspection methods, labeling, traceability, individual bagging or packaging standards, we can review feasibility during quotation and arrange the process accordingly.
Orders, Samples & Delivery
Yes. Sample production can be arranged for most custom machining projects. This is often recommended for new parts or projects with critical fit, appearance or assembly requirements before batch production.
MOQ depends on the part type, material, machining complexity and total project cost. We support both samples and batch production, and practical quantity can be reviewed according to your drawings and requirements.
We accept common formats such as STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, PDF and 2D drawings. Clear technical files help us provide more accurate quotations and production evaluation.
Lead time depends on part complexity, quantity, material availability, finishing requirements and inspection needs. We usually confirm the production schedule after reviewing the final order details.
Yes. We work with customers in different countries and can support international shipment arrangements. Shipping method, packaging details and document requirements can be confirmed according to destination and order needs.
