Titanium machining is one of our key strengths, especially for lower limb prosthetic components, medical-related parts, titanium dental discs, titanium sputtering targets, fasteners and other precision titanium products.
For selected designs, 3D printing and additive manufacturing provide an additional production route for prototypes, complex geometries, thin-wall structures and components that may be difficult or inefficient to manufacture entirely by conventional machining.

Precision CNC Machining Capability
We manufacture precision CNC machined components with controlled dimensions, clean edges and consistent surface quality. For titanium parts, cutting parameters, tool selection, fixture planning and process stability are especially important because titanium requires careful machining control.
Our experience includes lower limb prosthetic adapters, titanium fasteners, dental-related components, industrial fittings, shafts, bushings and other custom metal parts. Components can be manufactured according to 2D drawings, 3D files or customer samples.
Complex Component Manufacturing
Many custom CNC machined parts include more than simple turning or milling features. Components may contain threaded holes, side holes, slots, pockets, grooves, internal bores, sealing surfaces and assembly-related features.
For complex components, we can combine CNC turning, CNC milling, turn-mill machining, multi-axis machining and secondary operations according to the part structure. Selecting a suitable machining route helps improve accuracy, reduce unnecessary setups and support stable repeat production.
Equipment & Production Support
Our production is supported by CNC turning machines, conventional lathes, turn-mill machines, 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers, wire EDM machines, laser cutting equipment and related finishing processes.
This equipment combination allows us to select a practical manufacturing route according to component geometry, material, tolerance, quantity and secondary process requirements.
For repeat orders, we focus on stable process setup, tool control, fixture planning and inspection checkpoints to improve consistency from batch to batch.
3D Printing & Additive Manufacturing
For selected components where conventional CNC machining is not the most practical manufacturing route, 3D printing provides an additional option for prototype development, low-volume custom parts and complex component geometries.
Additive manufacturing can be considered for thin-wall structures, complex surfaces, internal features and designs that would otherwise require extensive machining or multiple manufacturing setups.
Depending on the project, printed parts can also receive secondary CNC machining, blasting, polishing or other post-processing before final inspection and delivery.
Quality Control & Dimensional Verification
Quality control is integrated into the manufacturing process, not treated only as a final inspection step. We carry out first-piece inspection, in-process checking and final inspection before shipment.
Critical dimensions, threads, holes, flatness, surface finish and assembly-related features can be checked according to drawing requirements. Material certificates, inspection records and traceability documentation can also be provided when required.
For projects requiring additional verification, CMM inspection, hardness testing and contour measurement can be supported through local inspection resources.
